Check in is 4 PM and checkout is 10 AM. Our cleaners have a short window to prepare for the next family, so departures after 10:30 AM are charged $100 per hour. Need more time? Ask about adding a night in advance, subject to availability.
When you book here, cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a full refund. Cancel 2 to 6 days before check-in for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 2 days before check-in are not refunded. Airbnb and VRBO bookings follow that platform's policy.
There are no refunds for weather, acts of nature or early departure, even if an evacuation is ordered. We recommend travel insurance for extra peace of mind.
The primary guest must be 25 or older and must stay at the cabin. Adults cannot book on behalf of guests under 25.
No. This is a family cabin, not a party house. Maximum occupancy is 8. Special occasions like family reunions or celebrations must be shared when you book and approved by us in advance. Prom, graduation and fraternity or sorority parties are never allowed.
We welcome small to medium sized dogs up to 75 lbs with a pet fee. No cats. Pets are not allowed in the pool, hot tub or on furniture. Please don't leave them unattended unless crated, to avoid any damage or disturbances. We do not allow Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds or any extra large breed. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. By bringing a pet, guests agree to cover the cost of any repairs or extra cleaning needed due to pet related incidents.
No. The cabin is non smoking and non vaping, inside and out. Smoke cleanup is expensive and will be charged to the guest.
Yes. We keep the indoor saltwater pool around 85°F all year, and the pool room is set to about the same temperature to help hold it there. That makes it comfortably warm for long swims and movie nights in the water. It's meant to feel like a heated pool, a gentle step down from the hot tub, so when you want to really soak and warm up, the hot tub on the lower deck is waiting.
There is no lifeguard, so swim at your own risk, never swim alone, and keep children supervised at all times. The cabin is family friendly but not childproofed. Please lock the pool room door when you're done, keep the hot tub covered when not in use, and keep glass, bubble bath and oils like suntan lotion out of the water.
Yes, and we want you to know exactly where. One camera covers the front porch. One on the lower back porch views only the emergency exit, and the hot tub is out of its view. One inside the pool pump and breaker room monitors the equipment. There are no other cameras on the property.
Linens, towels, washcloths and blankets for everyone, plus a starter supply of coffee, laundry and dishwasher detergent, dish soap, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and trash bags. For longer stays, plan to restock paper goods and toiletries.
Charcoal grills, fire pits and anything else with an open flame are not allowed. We provide a Weber gas grill on the main deck.
A level parking pad right at the cabin fits up to 3 vehicles. No steep or winding mountain roads to get there.

You skip platform service fees, pay once with taxes included, and deal with us directly from booking to checkout.
